This Privacy Policy explains how Infiniti Talks ("we", "our", "Infiniti Talks app", or "the app") collects, uses, protects, and manages user information. It applies to all users of the Infiniti Talks mobile application ("the app" or "platform").

This policy is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

🧭 USER CONSENT

By using the Infiniti Talks app, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the app.

Continued use indicates your consent to the collection and use of your data as described below. This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions of Usage.

🔹 INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1. Personal Identifiable Information (PII)

We collect the following basic information during user registration:

• • Gender (mandatory)

We do not collect profile photos or personal bios from regular users.

However, for female users applying to become mentors (Infiniti Mentor Partners), we may collect:

• • Photographs for identity verification
• • Additional documents required for onboarding and background review

We do not use OTP-based phone verification and do not store user passwords.

🎙 VOICE & MICROPHONE PERMISSION

Infiniti Talks enables users to connect with mentors through real-time audio calls. To make this feature work:

• • The app requests permission to access your device's microphone.
• • Your voice is transmitted in real time only during the session.
• • Infiniti Talks does not record, store, or monitor any part of the conversation.
• • Audio data is used solely to enable the session and is not retained afterward.

🔒 NO RECORDING OR MONITORING OF CONVERSATIONS

Infiniti Talks acts only as a facilitator between users and mentors. The platform:

• • Does not record, monitor, or store any audio session.
• • Mentors are independent individuals, not employees or agents of Infiniti Talks.
• • Any exchange of personal information or offline meeting is the user's responsibility.
• • Infiniti Talks is not liable for any consequences that occur outside the app.

Users are encouraged to maintain personal discretion and mindfulness during all sessions.

🌿 MENTOR RESPONSIBILITIES & PLATFORM LIMITATIONS

Mentors, also referred to as "Infiniti Mentor Partners", are independent individuals who offer emotional guidance and awareness-based conversations through the Infiniti Talks platform. They are not employees, representatives, or legal partners of Infiniti Talks.

The term "Partner" is used only to describe the revenue-sharing collaboration and does not indicate any legal partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

Mentors who apply and are approved to guide on Infiniti Talks must agree to the following:

• • Mentors shall not share any personal contact details (phone number, email, or social media).
• • Any mentor violating this rule will be immediately suspended or removed.
• • Mentors must not engage in hate speech, sexual content, or manipulative or misleading advice.
• • Misuse of a user's emotional vulnerability is strictly prohibited.
• • Mentors have the right to instantly block any user who behaves inappropriately.

Infiniti Talks strives to maintain a safe, respectful, and healing environment. Both mentors and users share equal responsibility for mindful, ethical, and compassionate communication.

💰 Infiniti Mentor Partners receive a 40% revenue share from completed sessions. All payments are securely processed via in-app withdrawal (bank transfer or UPI).

🗑 DATA DELETION

Users may delete their accounts anytime through the app's settings. This action permanently removes all registration details and access to services.

🚫 NO AUTOMATIC TRACKING

Infiniti Talks does not collect or track:

• • Device or browser information
• • IP address, GPS, or location data
• • Session logs, click behavior, or analytics

We collect only the minimal data required to operate the platform securely.

💡 USE OF INFORMATION

Your information is used only to:

• • Match users with suitable mentors
• • Enable secure, real-time audio sessions
• • Verify mentor identities during onboarding
• • Process coin and subscription payments through third-party payment gateways

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with advertisers or analytics firms.

🩺 NOT A MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE

Infiniti Talks offers emotional support and awareness-based techniques inspired by the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra and modern interoceptive awareness science — practices that help individuals tune into inner sensations such as breath, heartbeat, and emotion.

While these practices promote calmness and emotional balance, the platform:

• • Does not provide medical or psychological diagnosis
• • Is not a substitute for therapy or clinical treatment
• • Encourages users in distress or crisis to seek professional help

In emergency or legally mandated cases, Infiniti Talks may cooperate with law enforcement or government authorities.

• • There is a credible and immediate risk to someone's safety or life

👶 CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Infiniti Talks is designed for users 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect or store data from individuals under 13. If discovered, such information will be permanently deleted.

BREACH AND TERMINATION

The Infiniti Talks may, in whole or in part, without informing the User, modify, discontinue, change, or alter the services ordered or the Account of the User registered with the Infiniti Talks. We may or may not issue notice or provide any reason for such action taken by the Infiniti Talks. Violating any conditions mentioned in this Terms of Usage shall immediately cancel the User's Registration if registered with the Infiniti Talks.

We reserve the right to terminate and initiate action immediately if:

• • The Infiniti Talks cannot verify and authenticate the Registration data or any other relevant information the User provides.
• • We believe the User's actions may cause legal liability for the Infiniti Talks application, other Users, or any service provider linked with the Infiniti Talks application.
• • We believe that the User has provided the Infiniti Talks application with false and misleading Registration Data, there is interference with the other Users or the administration of the services, or the Privacy Policy as listed by the Infiniti Talks has been violated.

For the Service Provider, including the Mentors, You understand and agree that your relationship with the Infiniti Talks is limited to being a member. You act exclusively on your behalf and for your benefit. Infiniti Talks may terminate and deactivate the Profile of such service provider for any violation of the present terms of usage, and the Service Terms and Conditions agreed upon between the parties during registration of the data by such Service Provider.
