💳 REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains when refunds will or will not be issued for services used on the Infiniti Talks mobile application ("Infiniti Talks", "we", "our", or "the app"). By using the Infiniti Talks app you agree to the terms below. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Usage and Privacy Policy.

1. No Refund for Coins Already Used

Coins purchased and consumed for completed audio sessions with mentors are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a session is completed or coins are spent, they cannot be reversed or exchanged for money.

2. No Refund for User Misconduct or Blocking

Users who violate platform rules (including harassment, inappropriate language, or attempts to solicit personal contact) may be blocked by mentors or banned from the platform. Such users will forfeit any remaining coin balance and will not be eligible for refunds.

3. No Refund for Technical Issues Outside Our Control

Refunds will not be provided for problems caused by the user's device, network, or settings, including:

  • • User-side network or connectivity issues
  • • App uninstallation or prolonged inactivity
  • • Device or OS incompatibility preventing connection

We recommend users ensure a stable internet connection and updated device settings before starting sessions.

4. Refunds May Be Provided (Verified Cases Only)

Refunds may be considered only in these verified situations:

  • • Coins were deducted but the session did not start due to a platform error
  • • Duplicate purchases were made by mistake
  • • Payment was processed but coins were not credited to the user's account

5. Autosuggestion Subscription Refund Policy

The Autosuggestion feature is subscription-based: users may start with a ₹1 trial for the first month. After the trial, ₹49 will be automatically deducted each month via UPI Autopay or the chosen payment method.

Note:

  • • Subscription fees once deducted are non-refundable.
  • • Users may cancel Autopay at any time through their UPI settings or via the app's subscription page.
  • • Refunds are not available for partial usage or failure to cancel before renewal.

(Access to guided VBT techniques and Autosuggestion audios is included in the subscription and does not require coins.)

6. Verification and Refund Timeline

All refund requests are subject to internal verification by the Infiniti Talks support team. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds may be issued either via the original payment method or as in-app coin credit.

Infiniti Talks reserves the right to deny refunds for unverifiable or fraudulent claims.

7. Decision Finality

All refund decisions by Infiniti Talks are final and binding. Misuse of the refund process or submission of false claims may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
